Live Free and encouraged our clients to do the same. It was very surprising to see how giving up such little "luxuries" meant that children could benefit from proper nutrition. Participate in Live Free @ Work.

To participate in Live Free @ Work, we ask that your staff each make a promise to Live Free of something on March 5th. Each person should make a donation for at least the value of what they are giving up. Encourage your customers and business associates to also make a donation in support of your staff's promise to Live Free.

To participate in Live Free @ Work:

1. Fill out a registration form by clicking here.
2. The Children's Foundation will create an online profile for your business on the campaign site.
3. You will be provided with a Live Free Campaign Kit with step by step instructions and campaign materials, including Live Free Cards for each staff member to record their Live Free promise.
4. On March 5th, Live Free of something for those who Live Without.
5. The Children's Foundation will pick up your donations and will report back to you with your fundraising total.
